Our cancellation policy is super simple. All that we require is for you to email us (email@example.com) a cancellation request using the email address tied to your account. Save your email. This ensures that both sides have a record of your cancellation request. Request made over the phone or live chat are not honored. This ensures that it is not possible for someone to create a fake request and it ensures that you have a recorded copy of the original cancellation request.
All customers will receive a 30-day period in which they can use all functions of the service provided without a charge. After day 30, the credit card on file will be charged the agreed upon price based on the frequency chosen by the customer. This may be monthly, annually, or every three-years. If you decide that Contractor Foreman is not for you, let us know within 30 days of creating your account so that we can prevent the charge from taking place. Refunds are not available for Monthly subscribers. Annual and 3-year subscribers can take advantage of the 100-Day Money Back guarantee program that we provide.
Renewal Refund Policy
To better serve our customers, the following refund policy outlines the refund you are entitled to if you wish to discontinue your account after your card has been billed. This applies to renewals only (excluding monthly subscribers). If a customer does not wish for their account to new renewed automatically at the end of the subscription period, notice should be sent via email or live chat stating that you want to cancel your account. Cancellations over the phone are not permitted as it does not create a paper trail for you to document your request for us to cancel your account.

Scheduled Training’s and Demo’s
We want to see you succeed and to help do so, we provide unlimited training to all of our annual customer and limited training to all monthly customers. Customers and non-customers alike can schedule a free demo or training to go over Contractor Foreman and answer any questions and to see how it will help their company save time and money. Training and support is only provided to individuals who are listed as an Active User on their company account. Meaning, if your company has a 1-user account that is used by multiple people, support can only be provided to the individual listed as the account holder. The meetings can be scheduled on our website. We realize that stuff comes up and if you have a demo or training currently scheduled with us, please give us at least a 12-hour notice if you need to cancel so that we can open the time-slot to other users. If two concurrent appointments are booked and both are cancelled with less than a 12-hour notice, we reserve the right to cancel any future training’s. If a third consecutive training is scheduled and cancelled without a 12-hour notice, we will process a transaction of $50. Our goal is not to make $50 but to help make sure you are trained and that others have the opportunity to select a time that works for their schedule.
100 Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
Some companies have a refund policy for 7 days… maybe 30 days. We are so confident in Contractor Foreman that we give you up to 100-days to request a refund if you are not satisfied and no longer wish to use it. No other company comes close to this level of confidence. (Effective 12/29/17 for all Annual and 3-Year plans.) That said, we do have a few conditions you must meet to be eligible for the refund. Our terms are not an obstacle but instead, they are in place to ensure that you adequately give Contractor Foreman a try before giving up on it. Our goal is to see you succeed. Prior to requesting a refund, you must have… participated in a free training session within 30 days of signing up and within the last 30 days of when you are requesting a refund. This allows us to show you the features you may not be aware of and highlight new features added prior to the refund being processed. Additionally, you must add (1) Project and during the course of the project, create 3 Daily logs for separate dates. It’s as simple as that. (Effective with new users October 12, 2017.)
To help ease the financial impact and to allow more customers to take advantage or larger plans, we allow payments to be split on all 10 user and Unlimited user 1-year and 3-year plans. The terms are below.
1-Year Plan Terms (Must not exceed more than 2 payments across 30-day period with first payment taking place once the account is active. The first payment must be at least 50% of the total. Customer can define which day the remaining payment (within 30-day period) will be billed.) If specific dates/amounts are not defined by the customer, the payment will be split into 2 payments at 50% with the first payment being on day 1 and the final payment on day 30.
3-Year Plan Terms (Must not exceed more than 4 payments across 60-day period with first payment taking place once the account is active. The first payment must be at least 35% of the total. Customer can define which day the remaining payments (within the 60-day period) are billed.)
NOTE: If specific dates/amounts are not defined by the customer, the payment will be split into 2 payments at 50% with the first payment being on day 1 and the final payment on day 30.
